We were employed to undertake the installation of the LTHW and chilled water systems located in the roof top plantroom and roof. The mechanical systems have been installed in pegler crimp. There were various sizes of pipework installed, ranging from 15mm upto 167mm. Also we prefabricated element of the project in our bespoke facility at our head office, this enabled us to limit the amount of fittings used and keep with in the constraints of the limited space. The project was challenging due to the contraints of the plantroom and the amount of plant and equipment installed in the area.We also installed the infrastructure pipework within the verticle riser throughout the building. This pipework was also prefabricated in our bespoke facility in Doncaster. The pipework was mounted on a unistrut frame system, thus reducing the installation time on site.
