We were employed to undertake the installation of the LTHW and Chilled water systems throughout the building. This consist of 4 floors and a verticle riser from the roof top plantroom to the ground floor.The LTHW and chilled pipework supplies FCU’s, MVHR units and radiators. We have installed the pipework in traditional screwed pipework and welded pipework above 50mm. We prefabricated 60% of the LTHW and Chilled pipework in our bespoke facility at our head office. This enabled us to reduce the amount of time required on the project.
